About Me

About Lee Daniels

My career in photography started at the tender age of seventeen when I became captivated by the diverse abundance of wildlife that Britain had to offer. Young and eager my curiosity soon carried me overseas to Africa, where adventures in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and South Africa gave me the opportunities of a lifetime to express myself through a lens.
My hands on approach to photography set me in good stead, naturally allowing a development of my photographic skills. Numerous college courses and workshops followed until I deemed myself adept to run a business, which I now successfully manage in Peterborough.
My friendly, helpful nature soon paved the way for photographing people. I found getting the best out of them became very rewarding. Tempting a hop, skip and a jump out of a child; capturing that sparkle in lover’s eyes or provoking a smile on a straight face - all bring a certain meaning and purpose to my profession.
Throughout my work I aim to promote a relaxed atmosphere, and putting customers at ease is an essential element of my work. I like to think of myself as an adaptable photographer who can offer various styles to suit my clients. I am modern and fresh, yet sophisticated and elegant; sentimental and sincere, yet adventurous and creative. Inevitably your tastes vary, in turn so does my style.
I am a member of the SWPP (Society of Wedding & Portrait Photography). A well know and highly respected organization. To view my portfolio and profile click here http://www.swpp.co.uk/members/Daniels101534.htm
